By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
This Refund Policy describes the conditions under which refunds may be granted for TaskTidy AI subscriptions and services.
1) Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available only for first-time subscription payments within 14 days of purchase.
- Refunds are not available for renewals or subsequent billing cycles, unless required by law.
- Trial periods must be canceled before renewal to avoid charges.
2) Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@tasktidy.com with your account details and payment receipt. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
3) Exceptions
- Refunds will not be issued for misuse, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by law.
